Contest Format


School Students

  • Contestants may select any one topic from the 5 topics given in the website. www.alm2018.clri.org
  • Students will be given five minutes to present their views on the selected topic.
  • The medium of the contest is English.
  • Students duly nominated by the school only are permitted to participate in the contest. participate in the contest.
  • Each school can nominate a maximum of three students to the contest.
  • The nomination has to be made by the Head/Principal of the school.
  • Nominations may be sent to almclri2018@gmail.com on or before 17th January 2018.
  • The registration form can be downloaded from the website.
  • Students are requested to carry a copy of the registration form and their School Identity Card while coming for the contest.
  • Students from class 9,10, 11 and 12 are eligible.

College Students

  • Five topics will be hosted in the website. www.alm2018.clri.org
  • However, participants will have to speak on one of the topic amongst the five selected on the basis of the spot lottery system.
  • Participants will be given five minutes to present their views on the allotted topic.
  • The medium of the contest is English.
  • Students duly nominated by the college only are permitted to participate in the contest.
  • Each college can nominate a maximum of three students to the contest.
  • The nomination has to be made by the Head of the institution.
  • Nominations may be sent to almclri2018@gmail.com on or before 17th January 2018.
